sweaty face is sweaty
1/2 cup of 7 grain rice
1/4 cup of sweet kernel corn
10 low fat triscuit crackers
10 baby carrots
1 slice of cheese
1/2 cup of watermelon chunksÂ
feeling full and satisfied, heading out for a run in about an hour :)
